Welcome to 'Physical Wellbeing', part of a 6 course online programme to help you improve your personal wellbeing.

What will Physical Wellbeing teach me?

Over the course of five modules, this programme will help you to re-energise your body by concentrating on the key issues. You will learn what to focus on to make the changes you want to make to your physical wellbeing.

Many of us know what we should do to take better care of our bodies. But how many of us get enough good quality sleep, eat a healthy diet, know the consequences of what we eat or take sufficient exercise?
