Welcome to 'Intellectual Wellbeing', part of a 6 course online programme to help you improve your personal wellbeing.

What will Intellectual Wellbeing teach me?

Over the course of five modules, this programme will help you to re-energise your mind by concentrating on the key issues. You will learn what to focus on to make the changes you want to make to your intellectual wellbeing.

Many of us take care of our bodies, but how many of us take care of our minds? Taking positive action to promote your own intellectual wellbeing can have a huge effect on your life. In doing so you will be able to spot the warning signs early, and take action to help prevent such things as stress, indecisiveness and work overload.
