Welcome to 'Emotional Wellbeing', part of a 6 course online programme to help you improve your personal wellbeing.

What will Emotional Wellbeing teach me?

Over the course of five modules, this programme will help you to re-energise your body by concentrating on the key issues. You will learn what to focus on to make the changes you want to make to your emotional wellbeing.

Many of us know what we should be doing better in life, but how can we achieve want we want to do? We want to improve our self esteem, our attitude and have more fun, but how can we do that?
